MICRO RAFFLE FUNDRAISING PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Promoter
The promoter of the Micro Raffles is KZN Gravity, the MTB Commission operating within KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. - Purpose of the Competition (Fundraising)
All Micro Raffles are conducted strictly for fundraising purposes. All proceeds from ticket sales are allocated to the KZN Gravity MTB Commission to support sport upliftment and development, track building and maintenance, infrastructure improvements, event organisation and administration, and provincial team participation and racing initiatives. Participation constitutes voluntary support of a fundraising initiative, with prizes awarded as part of a promotional competition. - Nature of the Competition
Each Micro Raffle features a specific product sourced from third-party suppliers. Ticket price and total number of tickets are determined per raffle based on item value. Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is
confirmed only once full payment has cleared. - Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or exchanges are permitted once payment has been received, except as provided under the Minimum Ticket Threshold clause. Banking or payment processing fees may be deducted from
refunds where applicable. No interest shall be payable on refunded amounts. - Minimum Ticket Threshold
Each raffle will have a predetermined minimum number of tickets required to proceed. If the minimum threshold is not met within thirty (30) days of launch, the raffle will not proceed unless extended. Ticket holders may transfer tickets to another
raffle of equal value or request a full refund, less applicable processing fees. - Prize Availability & Substitution
All prizes are subject to supplier stock availability. If the advertised item becomes unavailable, KZN Gravity reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value at the same cost price. Substituted prizes are final and binding. - Colour, Size & Specifications
Where applicable, winners may select preferred size, colour, or specification, subject to supplier availability at the time of ordering. If unavailable, an alternative must be selected. KZN Gravity is not liable for supplier delays or discontinuations. - Warranty
Warranty applies only where expressly specified by the manufacturer or supplier and is subject to their terms and conditions. No warranty is implied or assumed by KZN Gravity, which acts solely as facilitator of the competition. - Draw Process & Independent Oversight
Draws will take place once ticket sales close and thresholds are met. Winners are selected randomly and draws are conducted by an independent third party, which may include the supplier or an associated organisation. Draws may be recorded or witnessed. Outcomes are final. - Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, KZN Gravity reserves the right to redraw. - Prize Collection & Delivery
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Delivery or collection arrangements will be communicated to the winner. Courier or shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated. - Limitation of Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. KZN Gravity is not liable for technical failures, payment errors, supplier delays, loss, damage, injury, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. - POPIA Compliance
Participants consent to the collection and processing of personal information for competition administration, winner communication, and legal compliance. Information will not be sold or shared except where required by law or for prize
fulfilment. - Regulatory Position
These Micro Raffles are conducted as fundraising promotional competitions and are not gambling, betting, or lottery operations. All funds raised support sport development and organisational activities. KZN Gravity may amend, suspend, or cancel raffles where required by law. - General
Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
